Where to get Hondabond.
I hear everyone refer to "hondabond", as the sealant to use for our cars. Where do you get it? Is there a Honda part # for it? Honda dealer never heard of it.
I have some if you need to borrow it... I dont remember where I got it, I think I found it stashed next to rear differential right above the silicone coated overcharger, try looking there.
not trying to be a smart *** but HONDAbond......get it from honda....j/k they have it but i paid $13 for a tube. Rip off. now my friend from honda gets it for me for free. hope you find it.
Me: "You guys have Hondabond?"
Honda Parts Guy: "What's that?"
Me: "A sealant......"
HP: "A what?"
Me: "A Sealant. S-E-A-L-A-N-T."
HP: "Um, we've got this "RV FNS@$!#!#" sealer stuff, it's $13 a tube"
They didn't have any in stock though so I have no idea if that's the same stuff...

Its says "Hondabond" on the packaging, I also have a couple tubes in the garage if you want to take detour south. I heard you were at GMI?

$20? i have gotten a million tubes from the local dealer, and they never charged me...
Hi,
Try your local Honda MOTORCYCLE dealer for Hondabond.
Or, go to your local Yamaha dealer for Yamabond (Yes, really!)
I use the non-hardening Yamabond. Forgot what it costs. Less than $20
Good luck,
John
