Basiclly with this swap becoming so popular i was wondering where or who we could get bolt on headers that work and look good. For K20's in EK and EG's Thanks in advance

 

I just ordered one from DTR fab.......he is just finishing up eveything.....there is quite a few people working on them, but nothing is really proven yet, so at this point you really just have to go on reputation

 

According to 6spdEG the stock or aftermarket TSX header will work for K20 eg/dc swaps.

Dealor was no help, so I ordered exhaust gaskets for both cars.

 

The TSX exhaust header hangs below the engine when using the Hasport kit. The engine must mount rather high in the TSX. Several companies are working on a header including Hasport.

Checked this out and said ERROR - wouldn't let me look at the site ???? But I did find a thread he started with hookup and they posted a dyno sheet with good numbers, I remember asking along with otheres to see the A?F and got alot of excuses and still to this day it is not posted ??? What do you think.

 

here is something to look at


i've been working on this for about 3 weeks.. this is a unfinished prototype K-20 high RPM street/race header for the new "swap craze" EG/EK/DC2 chassis. Ill try to get some picture of this header in a car sometimes next week with ground clearence and connected to exhuast system..

 

Man let me know when those are ready for saling - THEY ARE THE BEST LOOKING ONES I HAVE SEEN YET

 

they are already in production.... JDKindle has already ordered a race version that should be completed near the end of this week

 

I hope my check even gets there by the time you are done!

Do you have pricing - will there be retail and wholesale and also you said RACE ?? Will it still be able to bolt up to exhaust, the pics show a flange will they all come with one?

 

What are the primary dimensions? Race dimension differences?

Will the set include a cat eliminator section like JRSC does?

 

Hytech is also in the middle of one. It should be out soon.

The street version is what seen above it does come with a standard 2 bolt flange for a 2 1/2 collector. the race version will be built custom to engine and will include different tail pipes/megaphones ect.

right now street header are retailed at $1100 for 4-1.... $1180 for 4-2-1 in 304 stainless shipped...

race headers will have to call for pricing...

How close to equal length is that?
