GCs with tokico illuminas...if so how do u like it....i searched and didnt find anything with this setup on a DA thanks

 

I had that setup GC with Tokico on my race car it was ok to race with but.
KONI and GC works alot better.

Very nice...but the koni's are a little better...less bouncy

 

where did u guys find the konis for the DA or DB rather ...I cant find them anywere and for a decent price??

 

i went with gc's and custom valved tokico blues(hp). am very happy with the ride.

 

Where did you get your Tokicos revalved?

 

Im goin Koni Yellows with Eibach sportline springs.

 

GC's with Koni's if you can afford Koni's. I've got the GC's on stock shocks right now and saving for Koni's. But Illuminas will be awesome as well.

 

or you can do my set up DC-2R TEIN HA's. I love it can do highway of ramps at 50mph now.

 

from what i have read tokico is really more of an oem replacement than an aftermarket shock. everbody who doesnt have a true coilover swears by koni. a lot of da guys use skunk2 coilovers with the koni yellows.

 

I've got that combo, its really harsh, but that is probably cuz the car is lowered 3 inches, which is mroe than the shocks should be lowered

I'm raising it up soon, and going witht the GC shock mounts

i forget the name of the place. it was 3 years ago. i found the place in sport compact car mag. i bought the shocks through them too.
