you can use the Si head and manifold. but youre going to need to change your spindles to DX or Si. Youll be fine because i have a 1.5 with a 1.6 head and manifold in my car

BTW: I have 1991 CRX Si rear disc brake set up for sale...$150

cannot use DX DPFI ECU with MPFI engine - i don't understand why you would need to change spindles if he keeps HF axles

couple of questions - is the Civic engine from a DX or STD? you have Si head, do you have Si intake manifold?

yeah sorry about the thing about the DX ECU. Use Si ECU or 88-89 LS ECU. You use the Si head, wiring,. You cant use HF Spindles. you need DX or Si spindles

Change the manifold on the dx motor to the hf manifold and drop it in with ALL the stock components(ecu, wiring, injectors, ect). As for changing the spindles, dont know what that guy is talking about, just use ur stock axles and ur fine.
