Default Diagnosing a loud road noise

Accord EX-L 1999 130000km. I have noticed much more road noise lately.
Like bad bad winters tires with studs and it is louder as speed increases.
It worsens when turning to right. The car also pulls slightly to the
left, but just a bit. Could this be a wheel bearing? If it is bad, is it
supposed to have some play on the hub? Easy to change? Would I need
special tool? Other idea?

Could be a wheel bearing. There's 2 ways to fail. They get loose & then you can feel the play. Or they get TIGHT & make noise.

You need a press to change it. If you like to DIY, you can take the steering knuckle out of the car & carry it into a shop that has a press.

could be cupped tires due to wheels being out of alignment, rub your hands on the tires from back to front you should be able to feel the cupping. but it could also be a wheel bearing as JIMBLAKE mentioned.
