Yes it should fit.

 

got a 96 gsr throttle body

 

how could you bore a del sol tb to 64mm? The stock bore is 58 and you could only go 4mm over. Unless you have a b16a2 tb from a civic and bored it to 64. the b16a1 and b16a3 (vtec del sol) tbs are only 58mm.
