P13 : 93-95 OBD-1 Prelude Vtec
Torque: 158@5500
Compression: 10.0:1

I recently installed a shitty CAI and a loud AZZ dual exhaust set up.
Now i am getting serious.
I want more power, my first plan is to

chop off the dual and move to single piping
Get a professional CAI
get a header 4, 2 ,1

But my question for you guys, is ..

What would u reccomend me doing to my motor to help me achieve atleast 250whp. Internal wise. Not NAWWWZZ or Forced Induction.

What throttle bodies would be good for my car, and where is the best place to buy performance applications for my ride.

cam gears
anything you can think of.
