DIY Spoiler for EG Sedan/Coupe
Bear with me, this is my first write up of this style.
Today we are going to lear how to do you own $5 Spoiler for you 92-95 Civic Sedan or Coupe.
First of you will need a knife, a stapler and glue

And of course cardboard!

In my case my piece of cardboard was to long for the car, so i cut it and stapled it back together using a spare small rectangle of cardboard stapled to the spoiler as shown below

On each side i stapled another piece of cardboard with a free end which will determine how tall your spoiler is, since i think tall spoilers are ricey i atached a small piece. Yup staples again.

It should sort of look like this

Now, i tried puting it on the car as is, but it was to weak in the middle and would fold in. So, i added a bottom support. Since Staples wont go through such thick pieces i used white glue.

On both surfaces just in case, more glue = more stick, and a better built spoiler means more downforce!

Flip it over as show below

And apply pressure for about 30 seconds

Wait a boring 10 minutes before you do anything else, its a good idea to use a stopwatch so you dont have to guess how much time has passed

Once your spoiler is dry you are all ready to mount that baby up and give your ride massive downforce and get mad props from everyone. Mounting it is as simple as it gets. Slide tabs from both sides of the spoiler under the trunk and slam it shut.

Bling Bling!

Not bad for something that costs hundreds of dollars less than a Wings West Spoiler

The best part is you can change the look or the spoiler in seconds, just jump out of your NOW pimp ride and flip the tabs on the end of the spoiler as shown bellow

And voila, now it has a full Mugen look. For just $5.

I felt it gave it a better JDM look unpainted, but it is your choice to do what ever you want. Feel free to comment and make suggestions. Hope this proved helpful to some.

Here is a high tech diagram so you can make sure you get the geomitry right so it will produce the correct down force.
