power i should make with this setup??

Default power i should make with this setup??

i got a 97 hatchy i was thinking for a long time with some money saved up now and decided to go b20v...i was wondering which CR i should go with to run on normal octane like 91 or something since i dont know where to get higher octane gas at? also was wondering how much WHP i should get and what 1/4 times.. this will be my daily driver...planning to take it up to 8500 max...also if anyone has a better sugguestion can you please let me know? thanks i want to atleast be a mid to low 13 sec car.

B20 block
arias/je/cp pistons undecided- 11-11.5? sugguestions?
eagle rods
arp rod bolts
arp head studs
new rod/main bearings
dowel pins
blockguard- sugguestions?

b16 head
ITR or skunk2's valves ??
skunk2 dual valve spring, retainers
CTR cams
skunk2 cam gear
injectors- not sure? any sugguestions?

ITR TB- already have.
AEM fuel rail- already have
fuel pressure regulator- already have
obd2-obd1 jumper- already have

maybe hondata s100 w/ p30 or p28? sugguestions??
