Brake problem, no fluid to front right or rear wheels
Whats most likely at fault. The car has both new rear wheel cylinders, and we were trying to bleed it. Could only get fluid to the front left wheel, the pedal is really soft still.
Master cylinder, proportioning valve, or lines?

I had a similar problem last summer because I had an ABS booster with non-ABS MC. Basically the pushrod on the ABS booster was longer pushing on my MC and making it like the pedal was always pressed down some. This blocked off one circuit of my brakes and made it so I couldn't bleed them.
One thing I have found is it is very rare for any brake lines to become clogged, so rule that out for now.
You or someone else didn't put vise grips on the brake lines to keep fluid from dripping out did you? That can destroy the lines from the inside and "clog" them.
Also try unbolting the MC from the booster (undo the 2 bolts, and just pull it out, don't disconnect the brake lines though). See if magically you can bleed the brakes now. If so you know something in the MC is stuck.

i'll give that a try, we had pulled of the MC to flush it out, so maybe we put it on wrong..
