Default anyone here with blitz ss bov? i have a quick question about installation

Do you have to put the metal flange ring in between the bottom of the bov and the flange? What is the purpose of this thing and what will happen if I dont use it?

if your talking about the metal C Clip, that holds the BOV in place

Blitz bov's don't have C clips.

It is probably a gasket. Mine came with one but it was a bluish colored gasket material, not metal like you are describing.
