eagle h beams , are the 3/8 rod bolts the upgraded bolts?

just like the title says , im looking for rods for my car , and i want to know if the 3/8 bolts advertised with the rods are the upgraded ones , i know eagle has had problems in the past with their rod bolts

yes the 3/8 that says ARP2000 are the upgraded bolts

there was no problem, maybe installation error at best. Mikes01GSR just made 515whp with the 5/16 bolts...im sure they could handle everything a d series could throw at it.
