first sorry for my english,I ask some queston this winter but right now I need opinion for my set up

I have a b18c R 1999,I was supposed to run this set up
balanced bottom end,new pistons ring,arp rod bolt,arp headbolt,rc 310 cc injectors,walbro 255,fpr,hondata s200,obd2/obd1 jumper,p28ecu,toda C,toda valve spring,aj titanium retainer,spoon cam gear,spoon head gasket,buddy club spec II cat back,exedy organic clutch

the question Im asking was building a bottom end with jdm b20 1996,with some eagle rods,arias 11.5.1 cr,balanced crank. will be a lot more powerful and wich one i will can push hard,I want to rev 9500rpm

Need help plz!!!

well, for example..

If you dont make power up to 9500 its pointless. I could never understand why people set their goals on revving as high as they can rather than making power efficiantly at a usable rpm.

If you peak at 8400, revving to 9500 is going to do nothing but make noise..

Get my point?

If you want to rev, stick with the itr, if you want more power and torque, go 2.0l
