Someone got picked on in junior high...
My advice is be very very careful and take your time. Drill slowly and steadily, and make sure the bit is properly lubricated.

Jesus man...settle down!
Try searching...if still nothing they are pretty basic to install. Drill a hole, tighten a nut, insert pin.

a couple pointers...
1. put a few layers of electrical tape over where you drill.
2. start w/ a small drill bit, then GRADUALLY get bigger, i'm talkin like 1/16th's of an inch each step up. both the electric tape and gradual drill bit size increments will help prevent cracking.
3. use the factory holes already located on the rad. support (where the rubber stoppers are, between where your headlights mount to). this will help out with the pins coming out of the hood at an angle as opposed to straight up. this is more imporant with hood locks, not pins. (
on me for not doing this when installing my locks on my sessy VIS OEM CF hood)
4. TAKE YOUR TIME, you don't wanna ruin the investment.
