Well, my buddy has an EP3 Si and it grows on ya, but where I am living now (Trinidad), despite the overabundance of JDM dream cars on the roads... I RARELY see any EP3 Si's... The ONLY example I've seen is the only EP3 CTR in the country (which refuses to race me... *****).

However... the other night, I was crusing home and I happened to fly by a slow cruising Si (white)... As I passed... I caught a glimpse of what seemed to be 4 DOORS ! Now I've never seen or even heard of a 4 Dr Si.... for a moment, I thought it could just be a Honda Fit, but I distinctly recall a Civic badge on the rear.

Sooo... am I losing it... or is there a 4dr hatchback EP3 ?

Not surprising.... Trinidad has a rather European taste... for instance... we DON'T have ANY 2 door Focus ZX3's here... all Foci are ZX5's.... and Audi A5's are abundant (5 door A4).

So there IS a 4/5 door... kewl... it looked ALOT like a 2door up close, in person... not a bad looking car.

Yeah man...more new Fit's that new civic's on the road...never seen a 2dr Fit. It's about the same size as the Si 4 door... but cheaper (and slower).

not an Si..just has the same body...its a EP thou..just not a si

 

I want a fit. Wish they sold them stateside.

That's correct. D17A to be exact. And they come either front wheel (X) or all wheel (X4).

 

ick.... D17 in that thing ? must be over 100lbs heavier than the 2 door....

A four door EP3 with a D17 and four wheel drive.

Maybe with a K24 they could sell it here.

 

the fit or jazz is designed to be a 10-13k car, so no k24 or k20 just because cost issues. it is designed to put hyundai and kia out of business or at least steal some business from their cheap asses. it is all about practicality and fuel economy. swapping one in would be sweat.

 

if honda came out with a AWD drivetrain to bolt up to a k2x motor, imagine the possibilities
