Default gsr question

alrigth well i went to carlsbad track about a month ago
i have a 95 gsr with comptech header and icebox
i was shifting between 8200 and 8400,and i was wondering what amount of rpms would be the best to shift at to see a little better time??
o ya i ran a 14.989 @92.28 with a 2.3 60ft i know i need a better 60ft

for the most part stock gsr would be well shifted at 8200 un less cams have been changed

My 94 GS-R hits the rev-limiter at about 8,100 RPM. Did I miss something abount an ECU, or should my car Tach 8,400 stock?
