B20 vtec what ECU do you use and wich is best chiped or not?..?
well theoretically there is no good ECU for it. PR3 and PW0 are the only VTEC OBD-0 ECUs and they both are lean as hell. I reccomend a TurboEdit/GhettoDyne Chipped PM6, PR4, or PR3.

2 options for obd0...
1. Get a PS9 ecu (88-91 civic EX) chip it w/ turbo edit. Turbo edit and the guys at pgmfi are just starting to get the vtec activation right w/ the ps9 ecu.
2. chip a pr4 and use a VAFC to activate vtec and fine tune fuel.
