Thumping noise when turning on rough roads
I had 91 accord dx. Recently i noticed it makes a thumping noise at the front passenger side when i'm turning left on rough roads or hit bumps.
It only occurs when turning left. The noise makes me feel like the wheel is bottoming out. It shouldnt be the axle since i just replaced them last month. Any ideas what went bad? Thank you

yup i would say its a blown strut. try pushing down on the car on that corner and if it goes down then up and stops its not the strut but if it keeps bouncing then its your strut......FYI this is a real basic way to test your struts

I checked the strut the way you told me but the strut did its job. About the blown cv boot and joint, i would doubt that since they were replaced last month. And the noise existed before i replaced the axles, i just feel like the noise is getting more obvious. Might that be the ball joints causing the noise since they are not really in good shape? I plan to replace those in next couple weeks, but just want to make sure i can pinpoint the problem and fix them all at once.
My car is stock. I tried to put the wheel in 'turning left' position and pressed the car up and down but it couldnt make the noise
