How extensive was this car modified - and what was it used for?

 

was a show car. click sig. all back to stock spec except spoon magnetic drain plugs

 

Any performance upgrades ever? And is there any noticable after effects cosmetically of having the showness on it? The reason I ask such nit-pick questions is because I am seriously considering it.
