Setup is 3 in the front and 6 in the rear

the 6 in the rear isn't helping the matter, it could be part of the problem.

 

I have the same problem!! my car is so bouncey..my spring rates is 330 front and 250 rear...i have the settings at 2f-4r....

 

do you have any other chassis stiffining bars? when I put some coilovers on my s14, it was really bouncy until I added other additional chassis support. its still bouncy right now, but its gotten a lot better with other components. it really makes the suspension do all the work and not the whole car.
