Default OBDII boosted accord question

I'm close to finally boostin my f23a1, but wonder if it was worth it to go with the 2 high flow cat setup to stay OBDII and emissions legal. What did the other boosted OBDII accords do out there. Did you keep the 2nd O2 sensor, or what?

keep the 2nd o2 sensor or you'll get a CEL. I only have 1 cat tho, not sure what you mean by 2 cat setup. The primary o2 is before the cat, the secondary one is after the cat.

I was going to keep the 2nd o2 sensor. Talking with the tech rep from magnaflow, he suggested that the only way to keep from getting a CEL is to go with their 2 smaller cat setup (Part # 53006) where the bung for the o2 sits between the 2 cats. latlely I've just been thinking that it might be more trouble than it's worth.

ar...and...did i missed something here?

Keep both of the o2 sensor, go phone the rep at magna and tell them to suck it, i have the same engine.
Get some replacement oem o2 sensor, the old one might blew once you introduce pressure to the crystal

it's called "paying hommage to the turbo"

I believe that OBDII is from 01 and up but I'm probably wrong.

Uhm... having the O2 sensor between two cat's would do no more than having it behind 1. What is the point in have the other cat if there is nothing to read its results? Magnaflow is trying to bend you over.

I believe they did, but since I already have them, I guess I'll put them on a see. It's not like I can return them or anything, had them for almost a year now.

collectin parts for a install is insane

the secondary is usually behind the cat. its really not gonna hurt anything unless your primary is out. that would suck. thats the one that reads a/f ratio. i believe the purpose of the second one is to just check if the cat is working(? not 100% sure ?). the stock way is primary before secondary after, and that throws no cel's(haha if they work correctly)

my 2nd o2 sensor is inside the cat. I guess the only way to know is to try it and see, which doesn't make any since to me.
