Really great shots do you have any from Saturday's first round qualifying showing the attendence in the stands. They were sold out and the fans at the fence were standing 3 and 4 deep. For those of you that haven't heard the paid count was over 18,750 and that number doesn't include any show car contestants or the pro or sport racers. All in all I have been told there was close to 21,000 people on the lot Saturday, that pretty much accounts for the line of cars that stretched almost 5 miles back up the highway from the gate!

A quick note from my boss. He (Michael Brennan) was told by a couple of racers that they were to fast for our track surfaces and they would have problems hooking up that kind of power and that other organizations prep the surface better then the NDRA. His response "I would suggest those racers speak with the Kubos about traction issues at an NDRA race."

The car looked really really good, Sav told me she was having problems working the tranny she never made it down the track

I believe it was running 11.2x's

doesnt look to low to me. The tire pressure he runs is a little low but hey whatever works!!
