Miny Me swap

I was just trying to sqeeze a little more hp out of my motor with limited funds. For me to convert from dx to ex I just need the distrubutor, intake manifold, headers and head (of coarse) for the swap right?

I checked out the link. Now I have an 96 d16y7. Can anyone interpet the codes used in the link so I can figure which heads and blocks are being referenced to.
