Default ACT 6-Puck Unsprung clutch/HD pressure plate

I've heard a lot of differing opinions on the setup being everyday drivable, so I just wanted to through mine out there for you guys. My experiance with it was only after broken in. There seemed to be more jitters while braking it in. Anyway,

The clutch isn't as easy to use as a typical organic/stock clutch (/obvious). What it comes down to is what you want the purpose of the car to be. If you want it to be an everyday driver that you race on occasion, then this isn't for you. If you want it to be a weekend racer that you drive everyday, then the setup is just fine. The clutch is nothing you can't live with unless you're in stop and go traffic for a few miles everyday. The catch point is minimal, but not hard to find, and the pedal is stiffer, but the pressure plate seems to tense up at just the right time.

All in all, I'd say anyone on this forum should have no problem whatsoever with this clutch/pp.

it boils down to preference and application (power level) but my 2 cents are that I prefer a full face sprung disc as opposed to to an unsprung puck type disc. Less shock to the drivetrain means longer lasting bearings, joints, etc etc etc. I've driven 2 different pucked s2ks and didn't like the engagement points and feel at the slip point.
