Didn't seem like it, though there was a turbo Honda from Stage 6 on radials running in Comp6/C6. Ran consistent mid-11's

That's why I was confused as well, but he was running against an NA GTi VR6. You may be thinking of Power 6.

Im confused now? Im asking about the Street tire 4cyl FWD class that was just released. Why was this Honda running in the 6cyl NA class?

That's why I was confused as well . But remember, that Street Tire class still allows NA 6cyl cars, so I guess they just called it Comp6/C6 for the weekend, there seemed to be a very low turnout for it, maybe 4 cars tops.

hmmmmm . maybe it was just too soon for anyone to know about it yet other than on H-tech . I posted it up on a few other sites, but they dont get traffic like this site does and they arent bigtime racers like us here.

i think the next one will get a good turnout , it will give Nopi some time to make it more publically known that the class is there and whatnot.

Yes they did have the PW/S class this weekend but you are right it was a little too new for the tech guys to know about it. The 2 S2k's got booted to Turbo4 along with a CRX on slicks. There was only 2 people in the class including myself. I was a little disappointed in the turn out but it did make for some easy money.

The bottom end is not stock in the CRX but it does have a stock B20 head and LS cams in it for now.

edit: the registration cards have not been updated to change the Comp 6 to Power Street that is why they put the C6 on the window.

The street classes are always full pay even if the class isn't full.

Nice runs in Power Street, and times for a well prepped car were mid 11's like all of us thought. Props to Joe in the GTI for sticking it out, even with the HUGE disadvantage running the class in an NA/6 car.

What happened to all the other fast cars that were going to run?

Yes there was 1 running 11's, I had 3 or 4 guys who did'nt know about until it was too late. They were 13 - 14 sec Hondas that just ran brackets. They said they won't do that again, they would rather run heads up
