Brake and ABS indicators are "on" after my swap!

hi guys, my Brake indicator light is "on" whenever I am under 4000 RPM's. and my ABS light is on, I did an h22a 5spd conversion into my 94 accord. anyone got any experience with these problems? Thanks!

not sure if this is right but i have a problem with my abs light to. someone slashed my tires the other day, two of them so i put on two spare tires. i just took my car out for a little drive not going fast or anything just keeping it under 50 mph and notice the abs light was on. could this some how relate to what you're talking about?
