V-afc tuning
OH, Sorry! about the HP gain question. I want to keep my stock rev limiter on my car and basically have a funner car to drive, so instead of getting a new ECU and having that tuned. Could I just get a v-afc for my current OBD-II ECU? I don't know how well they can be tuned so any input would be welcomed.
youll definitely get some gains with the vafc, because with itr cams you really need to move the vtec engagement point higher to around 5700 rpm or so. maybe 5-10 whp. the vafc is a good choice if you don't want to change your rev limiter, although itr cams keep making power past the stock rev limit. oh and itll work fine with your obd II ecu.
