Default LS owners, help? look at my engine

My teg works fine, I drive it a few times a week. No leaks on the ground but when I popped the hood today, just curious, I found oil stains(see pic) only on the left side. I don't know where it's coming from. I checked the ground each day and I don't see leaks, must have been VERY slow leaks.. . where's the problem? what is wrong?

hmm that looks like its comming either from the crank seal (between the tranny and the block) or even from the headgasket, but most likely the crank seal. I would take it to someone to have it checked out.

it could be your OEM cam seal, I have a STR Pro Cam Seal and my little leak is gone.

no, but id check your oil to make sure your not low.....but just buy an STR plug..its like 30 bucks and install it. Acura could fix it but it would probably be more money than that in my opionion

ok, im pretty sure its a the camshaft seal....but just clean the area up all nice..and a day later look at it and take more pics...but its probably the cam seal...i currently have the same problem but not nearly as bad as yours...they have been known to break down over time.

Look at the newer pics, they look like its comming from between the head and the block. I dont see any oil up by the camseal. hmmm

I went to Acura today, got things fixed. this is what they did:
Replaced OIL pan Gasket and Rubber (225.00)
Filter, oil (7.50)
Washer,14mm(.33)
5 oil 5w30(6.50)
Gasket, OIL pan(22.85)
Rubber(5.15)

I extended warranty paid 270, so I paid like 20 bucks.
