Default question about pauter rods

I noticed that pauter rods for GSR/ITR are labeled as a length of 5.430"

everyone one else has a length of 5.433"

any reason? or is this a missprint?

138mm = 5.433"
137.9 = 5.429

Some companies seem to use 5.430 and others use 5.433.

another thing, that concerns me is that the compression ratio with the shorter rod, will be lower

0.003 shorter is not going to make any noticeable differences.

"rod stretch" at high rpms exceed 0.020"
