My guess is it would run mid 14's maybe low 14's with a good driver. What kind of tires would you run though?

 

it's not my car, it's about my friends...we are gonna go to pacific raceway when the weather gets a lil nicer in the summer and i wanna know if i'll be able to take him.. my mods will be

Low 14's possibly high 13's with decent driver. Get some new rubber and you'll be easily into 13's. WHP would be around 200 or so.

 

probably not. with those basic bolt ons and hondata reflash... you are looking at huge power gains, if you really wanna beat him i suggest forced induction or get a k20a and swap it into your car

210ish would be my guess.

 

195 is the norm for I/H/E and hondata usually bumps peak up to around 200. You usally can't hit 210 w/o cams.
