Default My Slipstream pics (White GSR - Black Wheels)

Just put them on yesterday, they really don't show up very well in the pics but they are very nice in person. I am 100% satisfied with them.

While I'm at it can anyone recommend some cool lug nuts that are black and have wheel locks with them. I have the Kosei lugs on there right now, and while they are black they are really long. Also what other color lug nuts would look good with black wheels? Anyway here they are:

The tires are 205/50/15 Kuhmo Supra 712's

Yeah they are flat black and they do look shiny in direct sunlight. They don't look as shiny when your tires are shined up with some Meguliar's tire gel.

ChrisOnePointSix, give me $2000 and you got a deal!

slipstreams are copy cats of what ********? DESMOND REGAMASTER EVO'S.

Its these fucked up companys that make copycats of all the genuine and expensive rims so idiots like you and him can buy them so they can have the look and front like they have the product that they cant afford. Fine examples are Konig and their stupid Monsoons that are copy cats of the AV3, Tenzo R and their new bullshit copycat RNR's, Rota and their famous Circuit 8 and now Slipstreams. ADR and their fucked up Concept 5 gay replica of the RH C5. COPY CATS OF THE ORIGINAL. So to save my breath you ******* moroan your buying replicas of the real deals meaning you cant afford the real ****. Taking the easy way out and buying the bootleg ones might look the same but imagine all the people who laugh at your dumb *** sporting them.

Haha, I bet you think you're cool because you wear Abercrombie too eh?

Seriously, in order to get that heated-up over something so unimportant.... yea, you've got to be a chick....

And btw..... to Rota, with their ISO/QS 9000 certification (Very high quality standard) for providing me with very light, very cheap wheels I can use on the track.

I'm proud to sport the Rotas, I know a good deal when I see one.

heh I bet your too poor to afford real rims. I bet a majority of you are thats why these rims are god gift to you all. Now since these came out it gave you guys a change to have something closer to what you really wish you can have. How about you save a few bucks from your Mc Donalds paychecks and think about quality before quanity. Dont you realize why the rims cost so much in the first place? Ill laugh if you idiots end up buying 4 sets of these cheap ***** cuz you kept on cracking them driving around when you could have bought one set of the real ones and not worry about them damaging...

So, you're bashing all the non-elitest commerce that supports our ecomony? Should I go out and by ******* Versatchi toilet paper? **** that, I don't want the best. I could afford them, but I'd rather spend the money on other mods. Why don't you get off whatever horse you think you're on and realize that, liek it or not there will always be "poor" consumers and that these "poor" consumers who buy these "poor" products are the ones primiarily responsible for the acceleration of growth in the import scene(yes, even the riceboys), and aftermarket parts businesses.

Now, let's turn it on you:

Haha *insert immature insult here*. You payed THAT MUCH for wheels? Haha just because they say Mugen on them? Haha, another idiot jumps on the mugen bandwagon. Just like those chicks in high school who think if they wear expensive clothes they will be more popular.

I'm not saying those high end (Mugen, spoon) products aren't good, but they're rarely worth what you pay for (Mugen especially). A wheel is a wheel. Neither a Slipstrea, or an SW338 is indestructible, I've seen both break from potholes. If you want a good wheel, you have to pay for it. But only upto the point you're paying for the wheel and not the name.

MugenEF7... can you justify spending $2000 on rims w/o tires?? IMO there's no good reason to spend that kind of money on just rims. THEY DON'T EVEN MAKE YOUR CAR FASTER!!!!!! I just think it's ******* pointless to spend that much money just because they're made by Mugen/Spoon/Volk/Advan.

Actually it helps with acceleration because there is less rotating mass.

True but still... 4 pounds on each rim is not worth the extra $1500 that it would cost.
