Honestly I would reccommend for you to trade you RSX for a Type S. Because with all the things you want to do. basically it sounds like you would want a Type S. As far as suspension I would get a Type R rear sway bar and Mugen SS. If you have a Type S, you won't complain about the brakes. GL
With the amount of money you want to spend on modding, you might want to consider the type S. It's about the cheapest 40 hp you'll be able to come by, and it also opens up new dimensions of power from that point forth. If you're really considering modding i'd suggest getting a type S, that or a k20a2, or even k20a swap.
But see I just trade in my explorer sport in for the rsx almost 2 weeks ago.. i already got a intake and custom cat back exhuast with a mozart muffler and another thing is that i'm only 16 so i need my dad to help me out and all i doubt he would help me out at all anyway...so i'm in the slammer and the reason we got that on was because we went to chruch with the dealer so we was able to give us a good deal on it anyways so yea... i'm screw arent I

Talk to Will at Shinestreet.com about the Teins (probably $1400). If you're planning on upgrading the transmission, you can either buy a JDM K20A tranny or (if it were me) I would just buy an entire K20A from a JDM Integra Type-R. You get all your power and tranny needs taken care of in one fell swoop, get that blingin red valve cover and score major JDM points at the shows

For a newbie, you have some pretty strict requirements. You have another thread asking if you should go turbo also. If you want to get sponsored, go with the externals first and catch the eye of the manufacturers. Once you get their attention, then you can start looking into getting performance parts for cheaper or even free.
If you have a base, than FI would be your best option. If you want to go NA, then upgrade to a type S.
