Default UPGRADE UPGRADE NEED HELP!!!!!ASAP

Ight I have a plan jane RSX (not a type-s) ight i want to get performance parts for it to meet these needs lol: higher rpm redline (on the type s it starts at 7900) mines starts at 6800, more tourge, more horse power( without putting my MPG down that much), suspension upgrade, brakes, in other words i want to have a RSX that will give me some room to shut up the people that talk bs but still have fun.. it will be a show car so keep that in mind get more points if u keep it to 3 or 4 manufactors.. i would like to have JDM parts too if not all bc of there quality..? right they are better than american no doubt right? and if u could give me some links to the parts or how much they would prolly run so i could buy the most important ones first and so on etc.. thanks

Honestly I would reccommend for you to trade you RSX for a Type S. Because with all the things you want to do. basically it sounds like you would want a Type S. As far as suspension I would get a Type R rear sway bar and Mugen SS. If you have a Type S, you won't complain about the brakes. GL

With the amount of money you want to spend on modding, you might want to consider the type S. It's about the cheapest 40 hp you'll be able to come by, and it also opens up new dimensions of power from that point forth. If you're really considering modding i'd suggest getting a type S, that or a k20a2, or even k20a swap.

Yep. Get rid of that base motor and go for a type S or type R motor. As for suspension go with Tein Flex.

Talk to Will at Shinestreet.com about the Teins (probably $1400). If you're planning on upgrading the transmission, you can either buy a JDM K20A tranny or (if it were me) I would just buy an entire K20A from a JDM Integra Type-R. You get all your power and tranny needs taken care of in one fell swoop, get that blingin red valve cover and score major JDM points at the shows .

For a newbie, you have some pretty strict requirements. You have another thread asking if you should go turbo also. If you want to get sponsored, go with the externals first and catch the eye of the manufacturers. Once you get their attention, then you can start looking into getting performance parts for cheaper or even free.

If you have a base, than FI would be your best option. If you want to go NA, then upgrade to a type S.

the Integra iS motor is no good (as far as my opinion goes)... the Type-S motor jumps over it leaps and bounds... just find one out of a junkyarded one.
