Default replacing cams and dyno stats for them

on a b18c1 what kind of cams should be used for daily driver but has a increase in massive horsepower. I'm looking for dyno sheets as well as any information to do the job right. I understand i must change the valves, springs, etc as well. What would be a all around good set up.

if you want a daily driver and aren't planning on raising the compression, skunk2 stage 1 cams give some pretty healthy power gains. the ITR cams also come pretty close. either way youll want to upgrade the valvetrain to either ITR or stiffer, and raise the redline. Youll also need a tuning device such as hondata or VAFC and lots of tuning. i also recommend swapping out the stock gsr intake mani for a single runner manifold such as the skunk2 or modified itr

wheres a good site to check all theses parts out. I always check modacar.com normally but it sounds like you have been doing this a lot longer then i have. How much would the hondadata or VAFC run me? Also, what kind of times should i be hitting if everything runs smooth?

inlinefour.com has decent prices, but for the cams i would recommend looking in the H-T classifieds. plus theres always ebay. VAFC can be picked up for around 300 new. Hondata s200 is around 250, but if your OBD II then youll need the conversion harness and an OBD 1 ecu. With this setup you should probably be able to hit low to mid 14s, just depends on the driving.
