Default Building a SiR turbo set-up need help.

hey guys I got a 1999 Civic SiR and i am planning on boosting it. I want to keep it reliable and only play to push like 8-10psi. I am picking up parts as I have the cash, and got a sweet deal on a used T3 turbo. its a T3 .42 / .48 I am just curious if this is alil too small for my goal, i want to hit 200 at the wheels, with this turbo do it for me, if i only wanna run say 8-10 psi?

it will fall off big time in the upper rpms but if all you want is a budget setup it will still be fun.

what trim t3? a 60 trim has the same wheel as a t28 and they dont fall off up top so why would the t3?? u can also upgrade to a .63 turbine which would pull even harder up high, those turbos can make 300 hp...Im talking the 60 trim
