got the all motor 2.0 Vtec dynoed
went to the dyno on friday and 2hrs of tuning got 205.4 hp & 146.2 tq was looking to get more out of this setup but it did not happen well the set up is
ls block re sleeved to 85mm bore & 89mm stoke
import builders super dupper pistons 12.7:1
eagle h beam rods
ls crank
endyn main girdle
Stock B16a head
jun 3 cams
rocket valve train
itr intake manifold
jdm dc header
dyno

the stock head is not helping, get it ported. the header is not the best choice i would go with......I would get an smsp, hytech, anr, or dtr.......what injectors are you running and what was the fuel pressure at? your graph show that your a/f ratio is good from 3600 to 5400 rpm and starts to go rich.....then at 6100 to 6500 it goes lean.....this could hurt a little with the power. are you running a VAFC or hondata? what ecu and program? Im guessing that vtec is kinking in at 5600 by looking at the graph, but the car doesn't lean out until 6100........usually when vtec kinks in the car will go lean for a sec and then level out if tuned right.....but your car goes lean 500 to 600 rpm later.....not typical....this is just my $.02 i hope it helps you out.....I hope others can ad to this.

jesus...here's my take:
1. what engine management are you using? hondata S100 is good...no need for the S200...overkill IMO.
2. who the hell is your tuner?
3. get bigger throttle body if you don't have a 70mm bore one.
4. get your head ported and polished.
5. wtf is a 'rocket' valvetrain?
6. get a REAL header.
7. get a fuel pressure regulator and bump up the fp.
8. are you running on a stock fuel pump? get rid of it and get a walbro 255 lph one.
9. get a fuel pressure gauge.
10. get an oil pressure regulator.
11. adjust the timing and cam gears.
12. check spark plugs.
13. is your tuner using a wide band O2 sensor? if not, go to another tuner.
14. is your tuner experienced with tuning hondata? if not go to one that does.
i think that's about it...i might have missed a couple of things.

vtec is 5700 and air fuel at 6000 to 6500 would not clean up the tuner at motorvations jim said that he could throw fuel at it and it would not richin up it would stay this way if he richen it up or leaned it out it would stay the same
and whats got me is with the jun 3 cams i would have thought it would have made power to at leaset 9000

go see another tuner...seriously, those cams make excellent power over 9k rpms. he doesn't seem to know what he's doing nor does he want to rev it passed 9k...do you even have a fuel pressure regulator? or a fuel pressure gauge?

what does a fuel pressure regulator have to do with it
i am running stock regulater with stock fuel pressure with 255hp pump
if i needed more fuel he could of added it with hondata i should have plenty fuel
with 440cc injectors

god damn...no wonder you're not putting out good numbers. hondata can only do so much with adding more fuel. if you top out the stock fuel regulator, it won't matter what kind of fuel pump you have...you're just creating a bottle neck right between the injectors and the fuel pump. get a fuel regulator and raise the fuel pressure. otherwise, you'll run lean and melt the pistons.

we did a similar setup with 12.2 comp.arias pistons(84.5 mm bore) and a 64 mm throttle body, with all the rest the same. The result were similar except our tq was over 140 from 4000-7500 rpm,and hp was over the 200 mark much longer, but peak numbers were identical.
ps injectors were lude 290 cc
Recently the head was ported ,motor blueprinted and balanced, compression was boosted to 12.6 and type r valves were installed.
once the breakin is complete ,we will retune to see the gains!
good luck, and i will keep you informed.
you should e-mail me at robert@autolaminar.com

I run basically the same set-up,but the numbers arent.Hondata does effectively control duty cycle, however your stock regulator isny creating a fine enough spray to get an even spray pattern over your "Mountain tops".I had a similar problem, great results outta fixing this.Try to get your pressure @ 44-46.And port your head!
The 6100-6500 jump you have is from vtec engaging, all dynos have a slight delay on where it graphs the air-fuel.To adjust 6500,try adding fuel at 6000 or even a little sooner.Id say...get a new tuner! They should have been able to do better. My first pass made 218!
241.7 whp/161 tq.

the header is choking you. they were made for 1.8L engines.
Headwork will also help a lot.
Headwork and 2.0L header, expect anywhere from 15-20whp more(estimate).
I think you should have sufficient fuel with 440cc injectors. No need to increase FP to get more.

Increase fuel pressure, lower duty cycle. If you test your injectors at the stock regulator pressure(i believe its like 30-32 psi) You will not recieve an "excellent" on your spray chart
My guess is that you lack flow. The stock B16 head does not have an extremely good flow and you could benefit a lot from a port and polish. You would get more gains out of the P&P that you are getting from those cams.
Those number will go up after a little port'n'polish, and try a diffrent shop. See if they can tune it better. Maybe find someone with more experiance tunning Hondata. Goodluck
