Default B20VTEC with GSR tranny should I go with a JDM S1 tranny for quicker times??

I currently have coupe with b20vtec and some bolt ons and have ran best times of 13.7 with 14in azenis and 2.2 60ft. No tractiction of course. Should I switch out to this spare JDM S1 tranny I have laying around here to get quicker times? Will if drop my quarter mile times by a significant amount or make no difference. Thanks guys.
