my suspension setup
skunk2 coilovers (integra rates)
kyb gr2's
ballon tires! 185/60/14
it vibrates more so turning hard right then left, at first i thought it was my crappy 185/60/14 inch tires but i put my friends rims with azeni sport tires on and it did it even worse..... the sound is similar to when you Roll your R's when you speak like RRRRRRRR (anyone that has an asian mom will know what im talking about my mom does it all the time too) and the vibration is as if someone was running a small air chisel or similar in the car..... any idea, my thought is maybe worn bushings? TIA

I had that happen with my GSR a few years ago when I had a set of Driveshaft Shop axles in the car. Significant vibration at speed, enough to drop 5-6 mph off my speed on the back straight at Watkins Glen. On my car I only had the sound on left hand turns with heavy loading. I sounded like going across washboard pavement. That was the only change from the last time I had been there. I took them out and replaced them with a generic auto parts store one on the driver's side and a factory one with new boots on the passenger side. No more vibration or sound! The mismatched axles were due to the driver's side one being toast and the other just having bad boots.

The theory for the problem with the Driveshaft Shop axles was the shaft was too long and they had binding issues where the inner joint got bottomed out. It needs to be able to slide in and out as the suspension moves. Your problem could be either the new axle is too long or the old one is dying.
