Default DSM Injector install

I did the install right (i think) and I am getting fuel from all 4 injectors. HOWEVER.....when I would turn the car on I would get a little leak from the top where the injector goes to the fuel rail. Only on the first one and last one...not the middle two. When I turned the car on to idle it...fuel was pouring out like crazy. What did I do wrong as far as the install. The fuel rail is bolted on tight. I have those seals on the top of the injector. I cant think of anything else and I have been messing with this for close to 5 hours

And I did run some searches but I didnt really find any threads with people having crazy leaks

yeah I have no leakage where the injector connects to the manifold.
I just did a nother search for injector leak and I MAY have found my problem.

1)I missed a step an ddidnt lube the rings up with oil

2)Are the seals at the top supposed to be on the injecotr or IN the fuel rail???
