what do you guys think of these times? its a stock civic coupe with basic bolt ons, sans exhaust. was launching at about 4000-5000 rpm.

 

thats a hell of alot better than i did in my 99 EX coupe with I/E, but others run about that time.

 

Looks like maybe your tire pressures too low if your trying to hit 2.260fts. Up it to 20lbs and try to modulate the clutch until you feel your tires drip, then just floor it and shift like you stole the bitch.

 

what rpms do you guys recommend launching at?

 

I would say 4-5k, play around, see what is best for your car. Experiment, only you could know whats truely best for your car.

Hmm 16.48 @ 81mph? Woah that seems so low hehe... Yea your mph is kinda low... I ran 16.3 some'n @ 83mph wif a CX.. the only mods was take'n out the box where the filter is and swap'n a 92-95 DX 4-1 header... which is better than that damn header wif the cat rite there hehe... and then my buddy ran his HX coupe i/no muffler wif similar times as mine... 2.3 60fts... 20psi...
