Are the hi flow cats on ebay emissions legal? Because my stock cat is rattling, and something must be done. Can someone recommend me a cat cov that will pass inspection? thanks.

 

with the ones on ebay, make sure they're actually a true cat. a lot of those are just resonators that they label as "high flow catalytic converters" you might wanna check out the carsound hi-flow cats. i know a lot of people run those.
