Okay i have a d16z6 and i wanted to go the turbo route but it just isnt going to happen for some reasons, now the d16 comes with 9:1.03 compression or something close to it, if i were to raise that to 12:1 or something around that what would the gains be from this setup along with new rods of course
do you want to use oem pistions/rods or forged internals?
I dont remember wich ones but I do know that there is oem pistions out there that can really bump up your compression. The info is on this board.

PM7's (dohc zc) or P29's (88-89 d16a1). those will probably give you a 13.6:1
the PG6B (86-87 d16a1) will give you some where around 11.6:1

well i was told that i could use pg6b's in there and i would get around 12:1 compression, now what gains would i be looking at if i up'ed the compression by 1/3.

Headwork and a good cam will make so much more power than 12:1CR.
Also you cannot use B18 rods in the D16Z6. the Integra rods that you can use are the older 86-89 rods that came out of the DOHC 1.6L D16A1.
I'm running 89 Integra pistons in my D16A6, but i have bigger combustion chambers in my head, unlike the D16Z6 which would have too high of CR on pump gas.
I'd be looking for 86-87 Integra pistons.
First of all though, I'd be looking into http://www.exospeed.com for a good cam and headwork.

i already ordered a zex 59300 cam and will soon be ordering some new springs and retainers from crower, so the valve train will be built pretty well, will the d16a1 rods be stronger than the d16z6 rods, because i just got a zex nitrous kit and if they are stronger i would feel more safe running that 75 shot lol

The D16A1 rods are beefier than Z6 rods, but the trouble you'll go through finding some might not even be worth it.
Also you might want to keep your stock CR ratio if you're looking to go nitrous.
