Default what type of tuning would be needed with this setup?

GSR block with 11:1 cr pistons, Ported and polished LS head with crower 404's, titanium retainers, dual valve springs and a Skunk2 IM. I'm not asking how much power it would put our or what kind of time I could run just what type of tuning would be needed to make it run well

why a GSR block? The whole point of having the LS is due to the torque so your basically making a motor with no torque and no vtec unless your gunna stroke that GSR block, but you can sell that block and buy a LS block and have enough money left over for cam gears or something

the idea of the GSR block was to have a block that was built from day one to rev at 8k+ rather than building a LS block to rev high. couldnt i just sleeve a GSR block out to say 82 or 83mm and get the extra torque?
