Default valvetrain help!!

im buying a set of crane stage 2 cams for my 2000 civic si PN 253-0012. i have adj gears. the only thing i will need is some valvesprings and retainers. i wanted to know what my options are. the only thing i am worried about is getting too stiff of a spring. i heard that too stiff of a spring will reduce cam life, or break it. basically, cranes website reccommends using their own springs/retainers PN 903-2006. here are the specs.

outside dia. 1.169
inside dia. 0.673
seat pressure 80# @ 1.338
open pressure 180# @ .865
coil bind 0.834
rate 227
max net lift 0.473

i want to find something comparible to these. please help.

p.s. if someone has these for sale, or any thing close, let me know.

just wanted to know some options. the valvespring/retainer combo from crane costs more than their cams. i want to find a used set, new set, or a cheaper set that is just as reliable and/or has the same specs.

i found a set of valvesprings and reatainers that may work for me..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT

they are 16 outer integra type r valvesprings, and 16 portflow inner valvesprings. they said they can be used for high lift cams, or stock honda cams. i think i might buy these. they also come with titanium retainers. $250 + $10 shipping isnt that bad. does anyone have comments or suggestions on these springs/retainers?
