autometer oil pressure gauge and greddy block adapter problem!
i've got a electric oil pressure gauge and the greddy block adapter, but the sender won't screw into ANY of the ports on the adapter. from what i can read on the back of the adapter packaging (everything in different language) is that the two smaller ports are 1/8 and the sender male end is 1/8. so, as you can see, i'm a little confused. thanks in advance guys.
Depending on what engine you are running depends on what you need. I know for the obd0 b16a you don't need an adapter. I assume that for all other B-series that this is also true. But for the D16/15 you need a BSP to NPT adapter. That is to screw it into the stock oil pressure sending unit port.
all Bseries need the bspt-npt 1/8" adapter if you are going off the oil sneding unit. im asking about how many ports and what sizes on the greddy plate adapter.

Same with the Greddy oil block adaptor plate bsp-npt.

you will need a 1/8 bspt-npt 1/8" adapter... best bet is to run the adaptor to the block and put the sending unit on your fire wall using braided steel line....

we're talking about the greddy sandwich here.

really pressurized?
i thought there was no need for pressure for oil feeds.

to my knowledge there is enough pressure comming out of the block...so no need for pressurized oil feeds. i have a 3ft steel braided line and have no problems.
