i know a few people who would do something like that. such as this one guy with a shitty mazda 626 that runs with his hood off at all times, vtec badges, and a nice little chrome tip. i try avoiding him... alot.

hahahaahha ive seen a couple cars with that. i honestly dont know what people are thinkin when they put something like that on their car
