Comptech sway/tie bar...will T1R exhaust clear?

I am about to order the comptech sway/tie bar kit and was wondering if my Type One racing exhaust will clear it. I have heard that some exhausts dont. Anyone running this setup on an ek?

if its over-axle i see no reason why it shouldnt fit.
