Lighter flywheel or Final drive?
Which mod should I do next? I know most of you will say both, but money is an issue and I can only do one as of now.

If I HAD TO CHOOSE, FD is my choice

DO BOTH AT THE SAME TIME!
I made the mistake of doing the flywheel first, not thinking that I would ever change the FD. That thought changed soon enough so I had to drop the tranny again to install the gear.
I would say that both are very effective mods, but the final drive and flywheel combo work SO WELL together that I think it would be a mistake to only do one.
One thing to keep in mind is that the JDM FD kit is getting very hard to find! I picked up mine from Mike at IPS racing just last week. He combed the country for the few remaining kits and found one that I snatched up. In fact I just completed installing the gear set last night at 2:30AM. Took the car out for a spin and was immediately impressed!

Got it in eh?
Damn man, you make time for your car.
Worth while mod all in all? Complicated?

But I'll still see you guys out there on Thursday
Not all that complicated until you get inside the tranny. I was lucky to have someone around who had experience to help me with the counter shaft but all in all I would say that the operation was pretty straightforward.
Was it worth it? YYYEEESSSSS! The flywheel/FD combo makes the car near perfect as far as the driveline is concerned. Definitely something you will want to do!
Regards,
So a six puck unsprung clutch, 6lb flywheel, and JDM FD are in order ??!! Okay I'll take two of those.
Seriously those are awesome mods that I will be looking into after an aftermarket coilover suspension is in.
Gotta take me for a spin in your R. I want to see what I'm up against.

6lbs flywheel? That's WAY too light! i'm sure you car will stall everytime u press the clutch or go into neutral when slowing down haha, unless you're joking?
Yeah just do both at the same time, you will save $$$ on the labour for sure, why pay twice for the same labour of ripping your tranny out?

Oh, and I cannot remember a single instance of stalling my car since installing it!
I would say do both at the same time. The labour cost is not cheap to change either clutch/flywheel or the FD. But if you don't have the money now, you should change the flywheel first, at least you don't need to open up the tranny.
If you want to change the FD, I would change the LSD at the same time too.
