Vacuum Reserve Tank?

I ran across this item in car-parts catalog for domestic cars. Apparantly its supposed to work with big cam setup.. any purpose to such item on 4 cyl. honda?

Usually used for power brakes. Keeps enough vacuum in reserve to stop a car. So... if you don't have enough vacuum, yeah it could be useful.
