How do u install a H4 TL HID into a 94 accord? its already converted to H4. plz help. do i need any harness kit or something? thx. It is just like plug - ply?

 

Do you have a ballast kit and everything? Most HID conversions are like 1000 bucks if you get all the good stuff

 

yes. 2 ballast , 2 ignitor and the bulbs.
i'm not sure how to hook it up.

 

You have to get the power supply from the stock headlight wires and then ground directly to the battery for the best ground cause you can fry an ignitor in a few seconds with a poor ground. How many wires are off of your ballast?

Well one off of the ballast (probably the red) is the power, and the other is probably the ground. Just cut the headlight plug and solder the power wires together and then solder an extension to the grounds to reach the battery and solder ring terminals on to the wires and ground to the battery. Let me know when you get them if you have any questions. I would also ask the guy who is selling them to you how he wired them up in his car, assuming he had them in his car I did not read the whole thread that was linked.

an HID kit shouldn't require any cutting or soldering. everything is supposed to plug together.

 

This H4 kit is off a Civic, is it ok to install on a accord?
*i also use H4 bulbs and i do have red/black wires.

 

I just installed my H4 and it looks good.

 

you will need a sheild under the bulb or else you will blind everyone and get pulled over. Something similar to the caspers electronics sheilds. You can make one out of sheet aluminum.
