Spark Plug Gap

I have a B20B Vtec turbo setup and am curious what some of you think my spark plug gap should be and exactly what spark plug I should use. Currently I am using the NGK BCPR7ES 11 plugs.

Anyone know if I should use BCPR or BKRE NGK plugs??

Thanks for the link. I browsed through all of the posts and have one question. Is the BCPR a higher end plug than the BKR? Everyone talks about the BKR, but is perhaps the BCPR a better plug?
